Cake pops have been popular for a while now. Bite-size bits of squidgy cake wrapped up in chocolate. What's not to love? They are great for those of you that have a sweet tooth but don't want a huge piece of cake to tide you over til tea-time.
I decided to try some of my own and turns out they are fun, if not a little infuriating to make. (Yes, they did fall off the sticks a few times!)

Do you think they are worth the effort? I tried making some a while ago and they just kept sliding down the sticks... I think in the end out of a tray of 12 I had about 3 that were actually cake pops.
