I'm about 2 years late posting this, but better late than never! I made these cupcakes for the St. Catherine's 'yellow fate' a few years back, with all proceeds going to the hospice.
I think I made these the night of Eurovision, so the kitchen was full of the smells of fresh cake, and the sounds of terrible European pop. Good times.
Please 'like' St. Catherine's hospice on Facebook, and donate what you can. They are an amazing organisation who get a lot of their funding from public donations, and they help so many wonderful people.
